This website

What we collect

Almost nothing. This site runs no analytics, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. The only thing stored in your browser is your language preference, and it never leaves your device. If you use the contact form, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, organisation, email address and message.

How we use it

Contact form details are used for one purpose: replying to you. They are not added to any marketing list and not shared with or sold to third parties.

Where it lives

The website is served and enquiries are delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure, with enquiry email arriving in our Australian-managed mailbox. Cloudflare is our hosting and email delivery subprocessor.

The FMIQ Nexus platform

For organisations using the platform, the position is simple: your estate data belongs to you.

• Client data is hosted in Australia, with global estates pinned to their own region.
• Nothing in a client record can be rewritten without a record: every change keeps its author and its timestamp.
• Client data is never used to train models and never shared with third parties.
• Everything is exportable in full if a client ever leaves. No lock-in by hostage-taking.
• We collect what the work requires and nothing more, and platform features that touch personal information are built consent-first.

Access, correction and complaints

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@fmiqnexus.au and we will respond promptly. If you believe we have mishandled your information, tell us first and we will work to put it right; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

FMIQNEXUS PTY LTD was incorporated in July 2026 and is preparing to serve a global customer base. We hold ourselves to enterprise standards from day one, and we describe our status honestly rather than borrowing badges.

How the platform is protected

• Encryption in transit for all connections, and encryption at rest for stored data.
• Least-privilege access, with multi-factor authentication for administrative access.
• A complete audit trail: every change to a record carries who made it and when.
• Routine backups of client data.
• Independent penetration testing as part of our delivery standard.

If something goes wrong

We operate under Australia's Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. If a breach is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected clients and the OAIC without undue delay, and we will tell clients plainly what happened and what we are doing about it.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you find a security issue in our website or platform, we want to hear about it: info@fmiqnexus.au. We will acknowledge your report, act on it, and never take action against good-faith research.
